Hernán Cuño o Cucho (según qué amigo lo nombre) nació en 1972, en Buenos Aires.
En 1994 se recibió de Diseñador Gráfico.
Hasta el año 2001 trabajó como Diseñador, Director de Arte e Ilustrador en Smith Group Marketing Promocional.
Exploró distintas disciplinas, entre ellas: Pintura, con Rodolfo López Martino y Graciela Cettolo; Ilustración y Animación, con Claudio Briasco; Humor gráfico, con Sergio Langer y Rubén Mira y Escultura, con Joel Novoa.
También asistió a los seminarios de construcción de libro ilustrado, dictados por Istvanch.
Es ilustrador y socio de “Descubre Espacios para Crecer”, un proyecto de educación en Inteligencia Emocional que se está desarrollando en escuelas de nivel inicial, en Ciudad de México.
Actualmente diseña y arma libros propios, ajenos y compartidos.

I am a illustrator + visual artist, although officialy I hold the title graphic designer, received in 1994 from the ORT Institute.
From 95 to 97 I participated as an assistent in the sculpture workshops of Joel Novoa.
I was Art director in the Art department of Smith Group where I first had my designs and illustrations published in 94.
I assisted the workshops of illustration and cartoons of Claudio Briasco "Carutoons" (1999 ).
I attended the seminars of scripting and humorous drawing whith Sergio Langer and Rubén Mira in the"R. Rojas Cultural Centre", and since 2002 have been nurtured by my beloved teacher of painting, Rodolfo López Martino.
Currently I am participating in a project of emotional education for children aged 4 and upwards. Creating picturebooks stories and illustrated workbooks about emotional inteligence in the educational institutions of DF México.
